There's nothing to complain about, had a great stay during winter time. I liked the place, everything was great. The breakfast was marvellous and very very good and in such a comfy restaurant. I asked for double room with renovated bathrooms, balcony plus old mattresses leaning again the walls and they kindly provided it.

The venue was lovely little and well priced, I greatly enjoyed the location really close to the Santa Lucia train station, water bus and taxi, shops restaurants and train station and the Grand Canal and main railway station, and street views. The hotel had a central setting close to all tourist attractions. Pizzeria Quanto Basta was 200 metres away from the place.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Had a great stay during winter time. I liked the street view from the double room. The location was great for getting around, as a railway station was close to the hotel. Tried some takeout specials at Quanto Basta, luckily it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.
